Something interesting about youWhile working for Doug and Joann Rempp at store #3 when I was 17 years old, our founder Joe Bisogno, asked all of his franchise owners to come up with a way to encourage repeat business. I thought of an idea for a frequent customer based punch card which has lasted 25 plus years and is still currently in use.

Tips for delivering not just a great customer service but delivering the "Goodcents Experience"Smile, have fun and always look your guest in the eye
Give one example of your favorite time when you were able to go above and beyond to service a guestA mother came into a restaurant and purchase a kids meal for her young son. When asking the mother what she would like to eat she declined. As any good salesmen did, I pushed back and offered one of our awesome deli sliced subs. She declined again and quietly said that she didn't have any money and could only afford the meal for her son. This gave me the opportunity to make this family our special guests today and I had the opportunity to provide a meal for her and her son free of charge. She was very appreciative and thankful. At Goodcents, we deliver, we cater and we certainly care for our guest.
