Give one example of your favorite time when you were able to go above and beyond to service a guest
This past Christmas (2014). I received a phone call from an older lady, named Bonnie that helped supervise an adult special needs facility in Topeka. She was in a panic stating that plans had changed and the only way the residents would have a party is if she could organize a party out of her own pocket. She was on a VERY limited budget so I told her we would donate two party trays so that the residents could have their party. She was thrilled and she started crying. A few weeks later I received a Christmas card signed by all of the residents and a another phone call promising that she would use only Goodcents from that day forward for all of their catering needs. So far, she has kept her word and is now one of our regular customers.
